Professor Rhoshel Lenroot

Professor Rhoshel Lenroot

Professor Rhoshel K Lenroot is a Chair of Infant, Child, and Adolescent Psychiatry at UNSW, Clinical Director of Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services, South Eastern Sydney Local Health District, and a Research Fellow and Group Leader at Neuroscience Research Australia. She trained in Adult, Child, and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of New Mexico in the United States, followed by a research fellowship with the Child Psychiatry Branch at NIH. In 2009 Rhoshel relocated to Sydney to take up joint roles with UNSW and NSW Health. Her research areas of interest include neuroimaging studies of disorders affecting brain development, such as conduct disorder, autism and schizophrenia, and initiatives to improve mental health interventions for children and adolescents.
